Can Contact Station Really Reduce Spam?
I don't know about you, but I absolutely hate spam.
I mean, when you receive over 200 messages in a day, and 40-50 of them are just garbage about Viagra and Zanox and sex, it's really annoying.
Know what I mean?
I built web pages years ago (well, okay, in like 2002 - but that is years ago) that had my Hotmail address posted on them.
I also tried to use a form mail script, which worked well (once I figured out how to install it) but also opened up my email address to spam.
Did you know that the contact form on your web site is a spammer's favorite place to harvest your address so they can send you all their junk email?
It's true!
But I didn't know it. And it really meant that my Hotmail address had to go away. Which was fine anyway, because Hotmail has its own annoying set of stuff...but the point was, I didn't really have any way back in 2002 to fix this problem.
So, if you're just getting started with the Internet marketing thing, or even if you've had a site for a while, you really might want to check out this new software that just became available.
It's called My Contact Station. It was developed by a friend of mine named Joel Comm. (For those of you who don't know Joel Comm, he's a New York Times best-selling author and a respected Internet Marketing authority.) What's cool about this Contact Station software he's created is that it is an all-in-one secure website contact solution that solves the email harvesting problem.
It also has a really nice and attractive interface for site visitors.
One other thing that I really like about it (after spending hours trying to install Movable Type and eventually hiring an Elance programmer to fix what I messed up) is that My Contact Station installs easily in a matter of minutes!
The thing about it is that I have no doubt that you will want it the moment you see it. And it's really not expensive, so especially when you see the price, I think you will like it.
If you have a web site, just go check out how you can secure your site from spammers.

The My Contact Station affiliate program is also pretty nifty.
