I'm only 17. How can I do Affiliate Marketing?
Hey Jonathan.
I wanna become a affiliate marketer. Some friends of mine told me about it, and I figure its way better than McD's or some job like that.
But I am only 17 years old. Every site I have found, you have to be 18.
Is there a way around this?

Hey Johnny,
First of all, congratulations to you. You are smart to be looking at the option of affiliate marketing and taking your own future into your own hands at the age of 17.
So, one way to get started is to let your parents or a trusted friend who is over 18 know what you want to do, and explain to them the challenge you're experiencing.
If you can help them see what you want to do, then you can get signed up for the various affiliate networks and programs using their information. It requires that you trust them, and that they trust you, but if you have someone in your life who doesn't mind you using their information to start building your business, I would recommend that as a method.
However, (and this is always a good idea anyway) make sure that when you're sending the traffic to your affiliate partners, that you're building redirect pages.
This way, as soon as you turn 18, you can sign up for the networks and affiliate programs yourself, and you'll only have to change out the redirects, instead of going back through all the pages you built and changing out the links one by one.
Again, congratulations to you for taking your future into your own hands and deciding to build your own future in affiliate marketing.
